From the Psychic Tarot Oracle Deck, the guidebook suggests that when this card is drawn that a spiritual teacher will appear. (Luckily I’ve already been blessed with this person!). It also suggests that its time to reach out and find an organization or group of like-minded people.

So let’s talk about isolation. I love it. I love being alone, snuggling up on my couch and watching tv, reading, and doing literally anything but socializing with people. Sleep is my best friend, and about 99.9 percent of the time I would rather have it this way. However, we are social beings. If we were meant to spend all of our time by ourselves we wouldn’t be here in this physical body having a human experience. I’ve noticed this more and more lately. I’ve always had trouble creating a close circle of friends that I would hang out with or do things with all the time. Don’t get me wrong, I have many friends, but they’re categorical friends. Work friends, childhood friends, college friends, and others that come and go with new experiences. The friends who will always be there when you need them, but you don’t see as often.

This is a goal of mine for 2019. To find more like minded individuals who I can be 100 percent candid with without fear of judgement or feeling too “woo-woo”. I know that these people are out there, it is just a matter of getting off my butt and finding them. They’re close, and they’re probably feeling the same way. So here’s to beginning to break out of the isolation and finding new members of the tribe. To becoming my truest self and letting go of fear of judgement.
