Hi friends,

Welcome to my page! I’ve been thinking of doing this for quite some time, and now that the new year is here I feel the time is now. I always knew I was different. I didn’t really fit in much growing up, always floating among friend groups and enjoying isolation and time to myself. I lost my father at a really young age and have suffered from anxiety and depression for quite some time. Although I have had to overcome a lot of adversity in my life I have never let it stop me. Though I was never religious I always had an undying faith that things would work out the way they were supposed to be.

It wasn’t until I went away to college that I finally found my niche and felt like I fit in. I completed my undergraduate degree in multidisciplinary studies with a focus in geology, geography, and environmental protection from West Virginia University in December 2017, a Master of Arts in Geography and a women and gender studies graduate certificate also at West Virginia University summer 2020, and have completed one year of a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling which I am taking some time off from at the moment.

I have always been interested in crystals and spirituality. I grew up catholic but have since been turned off by the religion and Christianity as a whole because of the erasure of women and persecution of women over time in the name of the faith. I always believed that I did not need someone to preach to me in order to have a spiritual relationship with myself and the great beyond. In 2017 I began looking for a belief system that coincided with my own views of life. Once I became a reiki master, this journey went into super drive mode; I now draw my spiritual practices from the pagan path more broadly, with an emphasis on celtic pagan paths among others. I’m still figuring it all out, but hope that you can join me on this journey.
